Why Flatra
Just me. I wanted to solve a problem.
What's different
I want Flatra to be easy to use, and a real tool for judging a flat, not just a pile of ads.
Swipe, don't scroll
Right to keep a flat, left to skip it. Your shortlist builds itself, and you can swipe through it again later.
What the building really sold for
Every flat shows what other flats in the same building sold for, from State Land Service records. If the ad asks €3,000/m² and the neighbours sold for €2,200, you'll see it.
How old the house is
Build year, series and whether the building was renovated, from the national register. Not from the ad.
Support Flatra
