The service

Flatra is a free search that collects public flat listings from other portals and adds open government data to them. We are not a real-estate agent or broker and take no part in any deal.

Listings

Listing text, prices and photos are made by their authors and portals. We do not check them and cannot promise a flat is still available. Before deciding anything, check the original ad and the seller.

Photos and texts belong to their authors and portals. We show them to help you find the ad, always with a link to the original.

Price comparisons and reports

Comparisons with sales, building years and “reconstructed” marks are calculated from national registers. Registers can be wrong, and a calculation is not a valuation. It is information, not financial, legal or investment advice.

Use

Do not use Flatra for anything illegal, do not try to disrupt it or break into its systems, and do not collect its data in bulk by automated means.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running and the data right, but we do not promise it will always be available and, as far as the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of Flatra's data.
