About the district

Vecrīga, Riga's Old Town, is a UNESCO World Heritage site — cobbled lanes, medieval buildings and the most prestigious addresses in the city. There are practically no new developments here: the supply consists of historic houses, often with unique layouts and high ceilings. Price per square metre is the highest in Riga.
